Villa Duo: proud winner of the "Exemplary Renovation"calls for projects

Villa Duo was included in the BD2M Evaluation Committee's February 2023 programme (aiming for bronze level certification, which was approved by the Committee).

What is the project? The extensive refurbishment of an occupied building, which dates back to 1966 and comprises 17 homes.

As one of the winners of the 'Exemplary Renovation' call for projects, Villa Duo has benefited from a major Government subsidy.

The project started as a simple facade renovation. However, being awarded a subsidy prompted the conception of a much larger project. Additional work (installation of heat pumps, solar protection, etc.) has proven beneficial for the entire building, including the occupants. ♻️

The work has now begun, and Villa Duo is proudly displaying its Winning status! 🥇
