In keeping with the good resolutions, particularly around diet, that are made in January and the “health” incentives of Dry January, the Mission for Energy Transition organised an online workshop on zero-waste cooking in partnership with ECOSLOWASTING! (a multisectoral app and platform launched in Menton in March 2019 and dedicated to combatting waste in all its forms).
We joined the anti-waste platform’s founder Elisa Alberto from 11.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Saturday 6 February to learn two zero-waste recipes, a main dish and a drink!
